  My truck started smoking and overheating as I was driving through town and when I called he did a great job explaining how to let it cool so I could stop in and have him take a look at it. Even though he had a full day he looked at the truck and explained what was wrong and took the time to make sure I could drive it back to Fort Collins and get a new radiator. He explained everything very clearly without making me actually feel stupid and I really appreciate the help!
